The Daily Express highlighted the costs of a recent World Health Organisation conference in Delhi, which saw delegates put up in luxury hotels and taken on trips to see the Taj Mahal. The secretive supra-national WHO might have received more favourable coverage if it had not – as the paper noted – banned journalists from its official proceedings.
